one week down, 29 to go.
First week classes? Done! I have to admit, my first week was pretty easy. While everyone else is studying chemistry or math for hours on end I'm perfectly content with my 15 minutes of homework a night. Let's just hope that lasts for the rest of the quarter.
But seriously, I've been in slo for a little over two weeks and it just keeps getting better. I'm not going to lie, after wow week ended I kinda expected people to be less friendly. Well, that definitely isn't the case. It seems like everyone is always smiling, saying hi, or doing something friendly. I mean, even the girls brushing their teeth in the bathroom will attempt to say hi, mouth full of toothpaste and all. Oprah was right, this really is the happiest city in America and it seems to have some of the happiest people in it.
If the next four years of my life are anything like the past two weeks have been, I'll be good to go.
